The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Accreditation

Five Behaviors Training The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Accreditation is an online course that prepares trainers to conduct a successful team building workshop based around the Five Behaviors program. Participants will gain experience in using the Five Behaviors model, interpreting the profile, and customizing training modules for a workshop. The two-week course consists of self-directed online assignments and four real-time virtual classroom sessions that provide practice leading smalls groups and tackling potential challenging situations that could arise during a real training. Upon successful completion of the accreditation course, participants will earn the credential of Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner.

Course Format

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Accreditation is a two-week program. Each week consists of self-directed homework assignments and two instructor-led virtual classroom sessions. Virtual sessions follow a Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, or Wednesday/Friday schedule depending on which certification date you choose. A final exam must be completed after the last live session.
The time commitment for each week includes:
  • 2-3 hours of self-directed assignments prior to that week's live session
  • Two 120-minute live virtual sessions per week (Attendance is required.)
  • 60 minutes of follow-up assignments after each live session
  • A final exam to be completed within 72 hours of the final live webinar

Registration

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Accreditation course plus The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitation Kit is $3990. If you already own the Facilitation Kit the accreditation is only $2495. (Each participant must have access to The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitation Kit and be able to commit to all live webinars and coursework.) Upon registration, you will receive an email that allows you to select your preferred session, as well as an alternate if your preferred is full.

What if I have already purchased a Five Behaviors Facilitation Kit?

The Five Behaviors Accreditation sessions are available without purchasing a facilitation system. However, each attendee must have access to The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitation Kit in order to participate and become a Certified Practitioner.

Will I be accredited in Five Behaviors?

Upon successful completion of this program, you will earn the credential of Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner.
