Influence with Integrity is a relationship-centered DiSC communication training program designed to help participants communicate with greater confidence, authenticity, and trust. Through a blend of Everything DiSC® Workplace on Catalyst™ and Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ on Catalyst™, participants gain practical insight into how they show up at work, how others experience them, and how to adapt their approach when conversations matter most.

Influence with Integrity is a seven-module learning experience built for today’s complex workplace. Each session gives participants time to explore, practice, reflect, and apply what they are learning to real workplace relationships.

The program uses the DiSC model to help participants understand their natural communication style and the styles of others. It also incorporates Agile EQ to help participants build emotional agility, giving them the ability to stretch beyond their comfort zone when a situation calls for a different response.

The result is a practical, energizing experience that helps people communicate with more intention, strengthen trust, and create healthier working relationships.

Throughout the program, participants explore the connection between personality style, emotional intelligence, communication, and trust. They learn how to:

Participants turn insight into action by learning strategies for bridging style differences. They explore how DiSC styles influence conflict, collaboration, and relationship dynamics, then create a personalized action plan.

Module 4: Communicating with Influence

This module focuses on meaningful conversations. Participants explore how to communicate in a way that connects, lands, and inspires action without feeling manipulative or unnatural.

Module 5: Handling Conflict Gracefully

Agile EQ becomes the focus as participants explore how their natural mindsets shape their conflict responses. They learn how to recognize triggers, reduce reactivity, and choose more effective responses.

Module 6: Listen to Connect

Participants practice moving beyond transactional listening into deeper, more intentional listening. This module helps them create space for authentic dialogue, especially in challenging conversations.

Module 7: Building Trust One Conversation at a Time

The program concludes with a practical exploration of how trust is built, damaged, and restored. Participants leave with a personalized roadmap for strengthening key relationships and leading with integrity.

A Practical Format for Real Workplace Growth

Influence with Integrity includes seven experiential workshops totaling 21 hours of facilitated learning. Sessions can be delivered virtually or in person and are typically scheduled bi-weekly or monthly to give participants time to practice, reflect, and apply what they learn between sessions.

The learning experience includes:

How the Workshop Works

This instructor-led training program is designed as a highly interactive half-day session. Participants work through practical activities, style-based discussions, and personal reflection exercises that connect trust-building concepts directly to real workplace relationships.

The workshop uses the Trust Within Model, a research-based framework focused on four essential trust-building behaviors and the values that support them. Participants learn that trust does not break down only because someone is untrustworthy. Often, trust breaks down because people have different priorities, communication preferences, and default behaviors.

By connecting the Trust Within Model to DiSC, participants gain a clearer understanding of how to adapt their behavior, bridge style differences, and build stronger working relationships.

About the Facilitator

Jenna Stoliker

Jenna Stoliker brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and organizational behavior. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teams strengthen the cultural conditions that allow strategy, communication, and collaboration to thrive.

Jenna is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and is certified in Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with advanced studies in Organizational Leadership.
